Preparation
- Slice the entire block of Sweet Hawaiian Rolls in half without separating each roll and place the bottom half into a 9x13 baking pan.
- Spread Dijon mustard generously onto the exposed surface of the rolls.
- In a small bowl, combine whole berry cranberry sauce, honey, and orange zest, stirring until well blended.
- Layer the shredded turkey on top of the mustard-covered rolls, followed by Brie slices and the cranberry mixture.
- Melt butter and stir in garlic salt and onion powder.
- Brush the melted butter mixture over the top of the sliders and sprinkle with poppy seeds and rosemary if using.
Cooking
- Cover the baking pan loosely with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
Notes
Use leftover turkey for a quicker preparation. Experiment with different types of cheese for a unique twist. Consider adding finely chopped nuts to the cranberry mixture for added texture.
