Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough until it reaches your desired thickness for a thin yet sturdy crust.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the oil mixture generously over the pizza crust, covering all areas to help crisp the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mini pepperonis, and diced jalapeños over the crust, leaving about a half-inch border.
- Carefully roll up the pizza dough into a tight log and slice it into 1-inch pieces.
Baking
- Place the rolls on your prepared baking sheet, spacing them out slightly for expansion.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For a crispier crust, bake the pizza rolls on a preheated pizza stone. You can add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick or switch cheese types for variations.
