Method

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks until it's browned and no longer pink. If there's excess fat, drain it off.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning mix, freshly cracked pepper, diced tomatoes (with juices), and Ranch Style beans.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil. Then, reduce the heat and let it simmer uncovered for approximately 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Assembly
  1. Just before serving, take the corn chip bags and gently open the tops.
  2. Spoon the savory beef mixture over the chips directly in the bag.
  3. Allow everyone to customize their tacos with toppings like shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of sliced green onions.
Serving
  1. Serve these delightful Walking Tacos immediately.

Notes

Make it spicy by adding jalapeños or hot sauce. Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter alternative. Add extra veggies for more flavor and nutrition. Can be served at casual gatherings or alongside a movie night.
