  • ¼ cup maple syrup Natural sweetener that enhances the flavors and balances the tartness of the lemons.

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash your lemons thoroughly under running water.
  2. Slice each lemon lengthwise, keeping the top half and the bottom half intact for serving.
  3. Using a small knife, carefully carve out the inner flesh of the lemons and place the flesh into a blender, removing all seeds.
Blending
  1. Add the can of coconut milk and the maple syrup to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Freezing
  1. Pour the blended mixture back into the hollowed lemon cups, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the freezer for at least six hours or overnight.
  2. Alternatively, you can freeze the lemon flesh separately with coconut milk in ice molds and blend them together once frozen.
Serving
  1. When ready to serve, scrape the sorbet with a fork to create a light and fluffy texture.
  2. Serve and enjoy your refreshing Easy Lemon Sorbet!

Notes

Use fresh lemons for the best flavor. Adjust the quantity of maple syrup based on your sweetness preference. For a twist, consider adding fresh mint leaves while blending.
