  • 1 cup Green Onions, chopped Adds freshness and enhances presentation.

Method

Preparation
  1. Prepare a deep pie dish by spraying it with a non-stick pan spray.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mix together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
  4. Add in the softened cream cheese and blend until smooth and there are no lumps left.
  5. Introduce the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese into the mix and combine on low speed.
  6. Gently fold in the chopped green onions, reserving a small handful for garnishing after baking.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  2. Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  3. Top with the reserved green onions and serve warm with corn chips or fresh bread.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider mixing in diced jalapeños or chopped cooked bacon. Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for added spice. Use leftover chicken or turkey for added convenience. For a creamier dip, substitute with full-fat cream cheese and sour cream instead of buttermilk.
